Line Dance

Join us for a class of line dancing and instruction.  You will experience urban, country, and step line dances.

 

A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows without regard for the gender of the individuals, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time.

 

Zumba®

Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

 

Zumba® Gold

The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating!  Zumba Gold® classes provide

active older adults as well as beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba® class, a chance to engage in a class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Zumba@ Kids

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

How It Works

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba®choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

Benefits

Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.

 

Zumba@ Kids Jr.

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 4-6 years old get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music.

Male Dance/Step Class
Dance and step movements utilizing moves from exercise workouts, fraternity step moves, hip-hop dance, African Dance, and other dance genres, which are incorporated into this program to bring a high energy and fun program for our young males.

Aqua Fitness Classes

AcquaPole®

The ACQUAPOLE® fitness class benefits women and men of all ages and levels.  A truly unique workout to reduce fat, strengthen core, arms and legs and improves flexibility. This class includes poles and will totally challenge you. All levels of skill, beginner to advanced are welcome! Aquatic shoes are required.

Aqua Barre

Aqua Barre is a combination of fun dance-based exercises, core-centric controlled exercises, functional training for activities of daily living, balance challenges, dynamic funk moves, agility exercises, jump training and mind/body awareness. Blended together, this makes a fun, functional and “funky” workout format.  Participants do not need to be able to swim.  Aquatic shoes are required.

Aqua Boot Camp

This fitness class benefits women and men of all ages and levels.  A truly unique workout to reduce fat, strengthen core, arms and legs and improves flexibility. This class utilizes aquatic exercise equipment such as boxing bags, water weights, noodles, frizbees, and more.  It will totally challenge you. All levels of skill, from beginner to advanced are welcome!  Aquatic shoes are required.

AcquaPole® Boxing

This fitness class benefits women and men of all ages and levels.  A truly unique workout to reduce fat, strengthen core, arms and legs and improves flexibility. This class includes boxing bags and will totally challenge you. All levels of skill, beginner to advanced are welcome! Aquatic shoes are required.

Aqua Safari

Aqua Safari combines segments of cardio and strength training using water resistance in shallow water to build muscle and endurance.   The participants will work out to genres of music from around the world and take them on a worldwide safari of cultures.  Class is held in shallow water; participants do not need to be able to swim.  Aquatic shoes are required.

Aqua Tabata

Aqua Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training(HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.

Aqua Zumba®

Aqua Zumba® is great choice for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine.

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!

There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Aquatic shoes are required.

PeyowAqua Pilates

The Peyow™ Aqua Pilates workout facilitates increased flexibility while challenging the individual to maintain core stabilization, balance, and postural alignment in the healing environment of water.
